The LuxPowerTek LXP-8K inverter is a hybrid inverter, also known as a multimode inverter, designed in compliance with the latest and most stringent industry standards and certifications. This inverter is extremely popular in Quebec, as it is 100% compliant with Hydro-Québec’s E.12-07 standard, issued in January 2025.

It enables the simultaneous use of solar energy, battery storage, and grid power to supply homes or businesses with continuous and uninterrupted power—up to 8,000 W (33 A at 240 V). In the event of a power outage, the LuxPower LXP-8K / 12kPV can serve as a backup power system even without solar panels.
