By submitting this form, you agree that your information may be used by Volthium Energy Inc. to send you your $200 Amazon gift card, and to keep you informed of status changes and/or if additional information is required, when necessary. This promotion is a consumer Amazon gift card rebate event for the purchase of a Volthium 12V 150AH battery (12.8-150-G31Y-CSS and 12.8-150-G31Y-CHSS). To qualify for this event, you must purchase your eligible batteries between September 11, 2023 and the expiration date of October 16, 2023. One Amazon gift card per invoice. Federal and provincial taxes are calculated on the sale price before rebate. Discounts apply to the purchase of one to four batteries (value of gift card pro-rated to the number of batteries). The consumer must submit online or complete and mail the rebate coupon with a copy of the invoice to the address printed on the coupon, postmarked no later than November 20, 2023. Offer valid only at participating official Volthium Energy Inc. distributors in Canada (note that the offer is not valid at Spécialités Électriques Rivière-Du-Loup Inc.). This offer is not valid with any other manufacturer’s rebate offer. This is a consumer offer only and does not apply to business-to-business sales or sales to a national account. Fraudulent claims will not be honored and may be subject to prosecution. Volthium Energy Inc. is not responsible for non-compliant claims or for lost, late, illegible, postage-due or undeliverable mail.
